Somatic resonance is a key human inheritance—we all deserve the direct experience of our body and all the wisdom, intuition, and groundedness that comes with it. But most of the material I see that overlaps with somatic resonance is just that: an overlap—usually focused on some related domain, with the resonance being something of a side concern.

For example, some of the materials I recommend people (because they're ones that helped me) deal primarily with: meditation, enlightenment, the nervous system, yoga, posture, vocal coaching, psychiatry/therapy, emotional processing, chakras, movement, trauma, acting, and a dozen other disciplines. —Their applications to the soma have to be sifted for and extracted.

When I was starting out, it would have been helpful to have material like this all in one place, rather than finding it purely because I happened to have an interest in meditation, yoga, and trauma. What happens to the people who would benefit from somatic resonance (everyone), but aren't interested in those topics (most people)?

This course is equal parts consolidation, vibe-translation, and original work.

To be clear, there's no hard line between these three areas; a single sentence might contain elements of work consolidated from other sources, vibe-translations of those sources, and my own explorations.
